This Service does not require a signature and items will be posted through your letter box. If the item is too big to be posted, Royal Mail will leave a ‘while you were out’ card and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office. Alternatively, they will leave your item in a safe place. This is not a guaranteed next day service, however 96% of deliveries are made the next working day.*
*On the rare occasion your delivery may take slightly longer we ask that you allow 14 working days before contacting us if your parcel hasn’t arrived as per Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.

We need to receive your order by 12pm to dispatch for Next working day delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click and collect is available as a FREE delivery option when placing your order. When placing an order you simply select ‘collect in store’ as the delivery option. Once you have completed the purchase online you will receive an ‘confirmation of order’ email. You must show identification in store when collecting your order, this can be in the form of a ‘confirmation of order’ email (either printed out, shown on a mobile device) or the credit/debit card you used to place your order.
Here at Lizzi our aim is to be able to keep our website’s stock levels up to date. However, these systems are not perfect and occasionally we get caught out and an item shows as in stock when in fact it is not. This happens most often when two customers order the last remaining items in very quick succession. If all or part of the order is not in stock, we shall notify you by email, explain the situation and confirm that a short delay will be acceptable. Once your complete order is available to ship we shall re- confirm by e-mail. Alternatively, if you cannot wait for items that are out of stock we shall part dispatch and refund the difference for items not available.
Lizzigifts.co.uk will do everything to ensure we send your order in perfect condition and we hope you will be delighted with your goods. We will only give a full refund on items returned within the 14 days grace period with a valid proof of purchase receipt. The items must be in a resalable condition. We will only accept items that that have not been worn, used or altered. We cannot exchange or refund on pierced on earrings due to hygiene reasons. After the 14 day grace period has expired, then *credit will then be issued for an item(s) returned within 28 days of purchase. The returned items must be saleable. Once your return is processed, you will receive a *credit note via email. In the unlikely event your order is damaged or not received in a satisfactory condition, items should be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Thereafter, you will only be eligible for exchange or *credit only, if damaged item is received within 28 days of purchase.
Returned gifts bought on Lizzigifts.co.uk may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. We recommend that all goods are returned by recorded delivery as the item remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches our us. Please note the cost of the return postage will not be refunded. Should you be returning faulty goods, then of course we will reimburse you fully.
